We learnt about area in Math today. We firstly, guessed how many little poppies could fit inside the giant poppy. Someone predicted 100 poppies, and another, 16. In fact, Dinarah was closest with her guess of 30 poppies.
When we attached our little poppies we said, "We will remember them".
We have been learning the Ode of Remembrance this week. We used the poem as part of our wreaths.
We started our circle weaving today. Some of us were very quick to master the over-under pattern.
